Is Digital Games Table easy to use?
The Digital Games Table is intuitive and easy to use; it’s so easy that you can play it in the comfort of your own home instead of going out. Most people understand how to use it within 10 minutes. Each table also comes with a manual to explain how to use it.
Do I need a dealer?
No. With Digital Games Table, no dealer is needed. Each deal is computer generated and guaranteed to deal randomly without any dealer errors. This means that everyone at the table gets to play; no more sitting out or taking turns.
Does Digital Games Table accept payment from the players?
No. The administrator of the game is responsible for allocating points to the players in the manner agreed upon by the group before playing. The table itself does not have any type of money functionality.
Can I operate the Digital Games Table on 220 volts?
The Digital Games Table is built for 110 volts, but we can modify it for 220 volts upon request at an additional cost.
Where does the Digital Games Table come from?
Everything is developed and manufactured in the USA. Each table takes about six business days to make.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we can ship anywhere in the world. The customer must handle shipping fees and any taxes that may be applicable in the country of destination.
Who can install my Digital Games Table?
The Digital Games Table can be installed by anyone who is technologically savvy. We can also send a technician to your home to set up your Digital Games Table at an additional cost.
How long until I receive my Digital Games Table?
Each table takes about six business days to make. Your Digital Games Table will be shipped within two weeks of ordering with standard shipping times applicable. Customizations take additional time.
What do I need to play on my Digital Games Table?
If you have a Model G or a Model N table, all that you need to provide is a standard power outlet and a Wi-Fi connection. The Model S table, however, comes with its own built-in server so you don’t have to worry about it. It’s that simple.
Does my Digital Games Table come with a warranty?
All tables are inspected and tested before they are shipped. We warrant the electronics portion of the Digital Games Table under normal residential use conditions for one year after the original invoice date. The warranty does not include the physical table and any condition resulting from: i.) normal wear a tear; ii.) rental or commercial use; iii.) incorrect or inadequate care; iv.) misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage; and iv.) dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse.
Do you accept returns?
No. All Digital Games Table sales are final.
